Grate cooler is the main process equipment in cement clinkering process. Now days one grate cooler is an important factor to keep the whole cement production work smoothly, in new dry process cement production with the trend of plant size becoming larger and larger. The new type of grate cooler uses three-element control principle. It has air-blowing beams, CFG combined grates and pulse air supply techniques, making the direction of cold air flow more logical, increasing rapid cooling effects of clinker.
